RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• Returns are only accepted for damaged, leaked, or wrong products.
• Claims must be made within 4 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Opened or used perfumes/attars are not eligible for return.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling cannot be returned.
REFUND POLICY
• Refunds are only provided if the ordered item is unavailable or approved by our support team.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
EXCHANGE POLICY
• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement of the same item.
