• Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days across Pakistan.
• Customers will receive a tracking number after dispatch.
• Please provide the correct name, address, and phone number while placing an order.
• Orders may be cancelled if the customer does not respond to confirmation calls or messages.
• Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather, or public holidays are not our responsibility.
• If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the company will not be responsible for re-shipping charges.
